We are looking for passionate staff who have training and experience in working with young people, and who believe that nature and adventure provide unique opportunities to help change people. Please check the list below before submitting.

• Degree in mental health or social intervention (psychology, social work, social education, etc.).
• Master’s in mental health or social intervention.
• Specific training or certification in Adventure and nature therapy.
• Qualification for outdoor activities (mountain guide, for example)
• Certification for first aid in nature (Wilderness First Responder or equivalent).
• A high level of English and/or German.
• Your vehicle.
• Immediate incorporation availability.
